Single room for rent - 3084 Wabern

Hi!
I am Aleksa (29, m) and I am looking for a subtenant for 2 to 3 months. The room is fully furnished and will only be rented temporarily from July to September/October. I am relatively flexible with the exact check-in and check-out dates.

During the sublet, you will spend more time with my roommates Robin & Raphael than with me.

They are both very nice and open, happy to help you with any questions, enjoy being together, but also like to be busy with their own things.

They will tell you the rest themselves:

I, Robin (29, m) grew up in Ittigen near Bern and studied English and Computer Science. I work as a Software Engineer at 80% and enjoy the flexible working hours and the short commute.
Besides bouldering, I play Warhammer 40,000. That's why you'll often find me in my room painting model figures. To complete the computer scientist cliché: I also like to spend time on the computer in my free time.
In summer I like to be on the Aareböötle, so don't worry, I also get some sun.

With Raphael (27, m) we like to eat dinner together, chat about our day and laugh together. But we also like to pursue our individual hobbies.

What the WG offers:

• your room with approx. 16 m² in our approx. 116m² large WG
• shared balcony with grill and evening sun by the living room
• large living area with dining table, sofa and beamer
• modern, well-equipped kitchen
• two bathrooms with WC and shower / bathtub
• washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
• some built-in wardrobes in the entrance area
• cellar with storage space and bicycle cellar
• pets are unfortunately not allowed

Where is our WG located?

• In Wabern, near the Sandrain tram stop
• Tram: in 8min at Bern HB
• Bike: approx. 10 min to Bern HB, approx. 5min to the Aare
• On foot: approx. 10 min walk to Coop, approx. 5 min to the Gurtenbahn station

You are right for us if:

• you are a non-smoker
• you are an uncomplicated person who is interested in living together but also likes to have time for yourself
• you like to stick to a cleaning schedule, but are also flexible when life gets in the way
