Single room for rent - 3008 Bern

We are Joana (28) and Annina – and we are looking for a new person for our 2-person shared apartment, as Annina unfortunately leaves the apartment at the beginning of July. Joana loves dancing, enjoys being out and appreciates open, heartfelt conversations after a long day. It is important to us that the shared apartment is more than just a purpose alliance – we wish for a relaxed, clean home where one can feel comfortable and also cook together or spend an evening on the balcony.

The apartment is modern, bright, and has a beautiful living room as well as a huge balcony where you can enjoy dreamy sunsets in the summer.
• 2nd floor, quiet location despite main road (directly adjacent to the forest)
• 2 bathrooms
• Bus stop directly in front of the house (a bus every 5 minutes, 7 min to the main station)
• Shopping options nearby (Eigerplatz or Köniz)
There are two options:
• Sublet in June: Joana's room is free in June as she is traveling – fully furnished, with a large window front and very bright.
• Unlimited room from July: Annina is moving out – the second room will be permanently free from July and can be furnished according to your wishes.
