We have a free room available from June 1st in our cozy 4-person shared apartment in the Mattenhof district / near Loryplatz.

Our spacious 5.5-room apartment offers you a generous living and dining area as well as an adjoining kitchen with a dishwasher - perfect for cooking together. Additionally, there is a sunny south-facing balcony for shared use, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a small cellar compartment, and a bike cellar. Oh yes, we are on the 2nd floor, with a small lift, but the building is not barrier-free accessible.

What to expect:
The room is about 16 m2 and costs 740.- / month. It offers enough space for your bed, your desk, and your creative side. The rent includes all additional costs (internet, electricity, water) as well as a cleaning service. Depending on needs, an additional 50 francs for general household expenses may apply.

Currently living in the shared apartment are Alena (she), Wanda (she), and Luzia (she), all in their early/mid-30s and employed. Our interests range from coffee love to activism, sports, cooking, and paragliding. Sometimes we cook or laugh together - a game night is never wrong - but privacy also has its place with us. Anne and Carl are both moving out as they are moving in with their partners, and Wanda (she) is moving in new.

We are looking for a person around our age (from 28 years) who likes to keep things tidy and clean, appreciates mindfulness, open and direct communication, and an active communal living.
