I'm a PhD student in Climate Sciences and will be away on a research visit this summer, so I'm subletting my room from 01.07. to ~15.09. (dates flexible).
The room is part of a spacious 3-room apartment in a very nice and cozy neighbourhood in Bern, just a few minutes from Eigerplatz, 10 minutes to Marzili, and about 15 minutes on foot to the city center.
Shops like Migros, Coop, and Denner are only ~200m away, and there's a gas station open every day just around the corner.
The apartment:

• Large living room with a view of the Bundeshaus and the Münster plus and morning sunlight
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, over) with exit to the balcony
• Toilet and bathroom in separate rooms
• Hallway with storage space

The room:

• Very bright with a new parquet floor
• Furnished with a wardrobe, clothes rack, drawers, and a desk
• Rent: CHF 850/month, including internet and utilities
• Available from 01.07. to 01.-15.09. (flexible)

You'll be sharing the apartment with my flatmate Katherine, who is just finishing her PhD. She's respectful, quiet, clean, and easy to get along with.
We're looking for a female tenant who is respectable, clean and sociable – someone who appreciates a calm and cozy living environment and is happy to share the space in a considerate way.
