Single room for rent - 3007 Bern, Dapplesweg 1

Subletting my room in a shared apartment starting in September for 6 months (rental period negotiable). The apartment is home to:
Philipp 32, economist
Benedetta 26, linguist
and one more roommate who is yet to be determined.
We maintain a warm but pragmatic coexistence with occasional shared outings and communal evenings.
The apartment is centrally located in the Weissenbühl district. There are various shopping options and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, the tram stop "Beaumont" is right by the house. The apartment includes a cellar compartment, but no attic. A communal washing machine/tumbler with drying room is also located in the basement. The apartment itself does not have a balcony.
