The apartment
The apartment has a total of 5.5 rooms, is very bright and exudes a lot of charm with its typical old building details. It is located on the 4th floor and is divided into two levels:
Lower floor: Two rooms (one of which is free), a bathroom (used exclusively by the lower floor), a well-equipped shared kitchen, and a spacious living room.
Upper floor: Marc's private area with bedroom, own bathroom, and small living room.

The apartment also includes a cellar compartment and a storage room opposite the apartment door. Washing machine and dryer are shared with our uncomplicated neighbors.

The location
The apartment is in a top location: directly at the Rathaus stop, in the middle of the beautiful old town - central, yet very quiet and with all the advantages of the surroundings.

👨‍🔧 Marc (40) - Engineer, sporty, experienced in shared living, relaxed and considerate.
👨‍⚕️ Simon (31) experienced in shared living, sporty, considerate, and starting in June on the island (Cardiology) as an assistant doctor.
A friendly, considerate person is sought who appreciates a harmonious home and considerate coexistence. A relaxed shared living with space for cooking together, bike tours, or a trip to the mountains is welcome - as well as respectful retreat into privacy.
