I am looking for an intermediate tenant from 1.5- 31.7.25 for a vacant room in a shared flat.

The apartment has a quiet location but is still very central. Lidel and streetcar station are 2 min away. Europaplatz train station 10 minutes walk away.

Bathroom, living room and kitchen are separated. Parktboden in the rooms and living room. Washing machine is in common use. Cellar compartment included.

Parking space can be rented in the nearby parking garage. Or a parking card can be ordered to park directly in front of the apartment building.

Something about me, I am 23 years old and looking for an intermediate tenant in my age range. Order, cleanliness and open communication are important to me.
