You have a room (17 m2) available for private use. Kitchen, bathroom, and living hallway/corridor are shared.
All operating costs are already included in the ancillary costs as a flat rate (including electricity and water consumption as well as Wi-Fi).
The laundry room with washing machine is located in the basement. Storage space in the basement and a covered bicycle parking space are available. A parking space is available if needed.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and sunny area between Aare and Gurten. The Aare is only a 5-minute walk away. The main train station Bern / city center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.
