I (44, employed) am looking for a nice female or male roommate in my 4.5-room apartment in an old building. Despite its very central location, the apartment is very quiet. Another room is available for shared use as an office, guest room, and storage room.

I enjoy good conversation, cooking together, or movie nights in the furnished home cinema. Three times a year, my sons are with us for a few days or weeks in the summer - of course, I would also be happy to welcome your visits.

Generally, I lead a quiet life, but I also like to have some life in the apartment. Sometimes I play the piano, of course, your musical instrument is also welcome.
