I am looking for a new roommate for my 2-person shared apartment in a freshly renovated apartment. The available room is bright, has large windows, and a warm wooden floor. The white walls offer you plenty of room for your own design. With its practical size and quiet layout, the room is perfect for furnishing according to your ideas – whether for working, relaxing, or simply feeling comfortable.

The apartment itself was completely renovated just last year and is in very good condition. There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a washing machine and dryer. The living room is spacious and open, the balcony quiet and cozy. The modern kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. The surroundings are pleasant, with nice neighbors, good shopping options, and ideal public transport connections – the Bern train station is quickly reached.

I am looking for someone who is open, relaxed, and communicative. You should bring initiative and be willing to actively shape the shared living experience without constantly hanging out together. If you already have experience living alone or in a shared apartment – even better, but not a must. It would be nice if you also have an interest in actively using the apartment and the surroundings – whether cooking together, on the balcony, or out and about in the city.
