Looking for a new tenant for a beautiful 20 m² shared room with its own bathroom (move-in possible between July 1 and August 1).

Since I am moving to another shared apartment, my room in our cozy 3-person shared apartment will be available. It is ideal for a quiet, uncomplicated person between 23-33 years old, who also enjoys spending summer evenings on the rooftop terrace.

The room:

• 20 m² large, bright and well-shaped

• Own bathroom with shower

• Rent: CHF 930.– per month

The apartment:

• Modern kitchen with ceramic glass stove and dishwasher

• Washing machine and dryer in our storage room

• Large elevator that goes directly to the apartment level – ideal for moving

• Plenty of storage space in the basement + bike parking

• Generous, furnished rooftop terrace for shared use (rattan lounge, dining table, gas grill)

About the shared apartment:
Currently living here are M. (27) and F. (23), a nice couple – both employed, uncomplicated and open. It is calm here, but visitors or a joint game night are of course welcome – especially in summer on the rooftop terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

Location:
The apartment is located at Schwanengasse 5, right in the center of Bern.

Bern train station: about 5 minutes on foot

Next shopping options: Coop and Migros at Bahnhofplatz, each about 3-5 minutes on foot

Aare / Marzili-Bad: about 10 minutes on foot, depending on the route

Miscellaneous:
The rental deposit can be arranged flexibly either directly or through FirstCaution – entirely according to your wish. However, a deposit is preferred.

Experience shows that a share of the utility bill must still be paid, which varies from year to year.
