Your estimate is recalculated automatically every month with the latest market data (transactions and listings). Each new value is added to your chart to build a reliable history.

How is the estimate calculated?

Our models cross more than 70 criteria — 20 property factors (size, rooms, plot) and 50 context factors (transport, schools, quality of life) — using online listings, historical transactions and perceived value. The range shown is where the models converge.

Will agents call me non-stop?

No. Tracking your property value does not trigger any outreach. If you later want to go further (sell, or refine the estimate on site), you can choose to compare local agents — nothing is automatic, and you decide when. You can have your data deleted at any time (see our privacy policy).

How accurate is the estimate?

The online estimate gives a market range built from the transactions and comparable listings in your area: a reasoned starting figure, not a survey. For unusual homes (exceptional views, major renovations, high potential) an agent visit refines it. Tracking stays useful either way: the trend matters as much as the figure.

Can I also see my property's rental potential?

Yes. Besides the sale value, your account shows an estimated market rent and an indicative gross yield. Useful to compare selling with letting.

Can I value an investment property?

Yes, with a dedicated tool: investment properties are valued on their rental income, not on sales comparables. Use the investment property valuation.
