Real Estate Agencies in Näfels (8752)

We bought our house through Freuler & Partner Real Estate and were very satisfied with it. From the first contact, through the viewings, to the questions in the purchasing process, we always received very prompt and professional feedback. The contact & advice as well as the communication of information from/to the sellers was very pleasant. After the handover, we even received a small gift, which was the crowning conclusion for great customer service.

Mr. Salda successfully sold our condominium as a real estate agent in a short time. He impressed us with his solid real estate and market knowledge as well as his extensive sales experience. Throughout the entire sales process, he advised us competently and handled all tasks carefully. We particularly appreciated the high-quality sales documents. Mr. Salda was always helpful and service-oriented. We did not have to worry about anything. For us as an inheritance community, the very good support was extremely valuable. We are very satisfied with the sale and are happy to recommend Mr. Salda.

Ms. De Luca provided us with valuable services during our house sale. Her experience and positive attitude were very helpful to us. She is a very pleasant business partner, and we can recommend her without hesitation.

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

With great gratitude, I am writing to thank you for your outstanding performance in selling my property. Your strategic planning, negotiation skills, and constant communication impressed me and gave me the confidence that my house was in the best hands. Thank you once again for your excellent commitment!

Mr. Nicolas Rischgasser welcomed us with his open, cheerful manner from the very first moment. We always felt understood, and he addressed our situation and concerns at all times. We could fully rely on him. The search for tenants for our apartment was completed to our utmost satisfaction. With REMAX, you feel taken care of, and you know there is someone there, in our case Mr. Nicolas Rischgasser, who attends to the wishes and questions of his clients! We greatly appreciated this collaboration and wish the entire REMAX team all the best.

Very professional and serious handling of the sale. We would consider Mr. Carlo Di Angelo again for another sale or purchase at any time.
