The photo shows a rented 2-room penthouse for 1,190 CHF. The representative from Onesta explained that the condition is normal since the apartment is not new. However, our criticism was solely about the lack of cleanliness and not the condition or wear of the apartment. The responsibility for the dirt was placed on the previous tenant, even though Onesta, as the contracting party, is responsible for the proper handover of the apartment. Additionally, we were supposed to sign the handover protocol without being able to read it beforehand due to a lack of internet.
