The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. If there was interest, the property was shown, if necessary, multiple times. Due to the solid knowledge from the banking sector and land registry, questions from potential buyers could be competently clarified. The flow of information was always present, and the collaboration was very pleasant. As a seller, I was supported and accompanied from the assignment to the signing at the land registry office. I would give the assignment to Ernst Zwingli again, thank you very much!
