As an independent executor, I had the opportunity to oversee another house sale by Schnyder VST Immobilien AG, 8754 Netstal. Ms. Gabriela Schnyder and Mr. Markus Schnyder, along with their team, have done an excellent job. Their conscientious and proactive approach from the property appraisal to the contract signing is exemplary and is based on a model customer service in every respect. Grade: Summa cum laude With kind regards and in gratitude for your impactful services

I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.

We found our dream home through Willi Immobilien – and were excellently supported from start to finish. A special thanks goes to Ms. Verna and Mr. Ackermann, who accompanied us with great commitment, expertise, and patience. Our concerns and inquiries were always answered quickly, thoroughly, and understandably. We felt taken seriously at all times and very well cared for. Thanks to their support, the entire purchasing process went smoothly and confidently. We are overjoyed and can highly recommend the team at Willi Immobilien!

I was able to sell my apartment at the desired price through Real Estate Group Holding AG. My agent David Sahli provided me with competent and good advice. Through professional photographic documentation, my apartment was optimally presented. Viewings were organized early by Mr. Sahli and conducted personally. Thanks to his good communication, I was always aware of how the sales process was progressing. Thank you to Mr. Sahli for the excellent collaboration.

The collaboration was contractually regulated at the beginning, the initial situation and the conditions were clearly clarified. The property was advertised locally and on various platforms. If there was interest, the property was shown, if necessary, multiple times. Due to the solid knowledge from the banking sector and land registry, questions from potential buyers could be competently clarified. The flow of information was always present, and the collaboration was very pleasant. As a seller, I was supported and accompanied from the assignment to the signing at the land registry office. I would give the assignment to Ernst Zwingli again, thank you very much!

Ekaterina was very personally involved in the sale of my apartment in Chur. From the very beginning, she professionally prepared and accompanied the sales process. She organized professional photos, new floor plans, a 360° tour, and drone footage. Additionally, she captured all important details regarding the renovation and conducted the viewings personally on-site. I particularly appreciated her commitment during the notarization. On the day of the notarization, her network, a quick response, and competent communication were necessary. As a result, I was able to retain my mortgage and transfer it advantageously to the new property. Regarding real estate matters, I now know that I can reach out to her at any time and I highly recommend her.
