I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. The listing was clearly marked with "NO BROKER" - Nevertheless, unsolicited contact by Cora Richter - Spam messages received multiple times - No concrete information about buyers, only an offer for a "non-binding" phone call - Request to not receive broker contacts was ignored **Conclusion:** Not recommended.
