We bought an apartment through Premium Homes a few months ago. Unfortunately, the collaboration was not particularly pleasant for us. We felt strongly pressured; for example, we were advised not to contact the land registry office directly, but to do so only through the broker. Our questions and concerns were hardly taken into account, and when we insisted on certain points, we were recommended to involve an interpreter. Overall: everything but recommendable.

My experiences with this company were unfortunately very disappointing. Initially, I was assured over the phone that no commission would be due for the sale of my apartment, as I would be handling the sale myself. However, after the viewing, I was presented with a premium brokerage mandate to sign, which demands a commission of 3% if the sale occurs due to their activities. These contradictory information and the unexpected demand for a commission after our conversation have greatly upset me. It seems that the terms are not being handled transparently and honestly. For this reason, I will definitely not enter into a contract with this company and unfortunately cannot recommend them.
