Welcome to your new shared flat room, 10 minutes from the main train station.
We are renting out a fancy room in the basement of the apartment from August for 1000.-
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We have our own washing machine, tumble dryer, two bathrooms, a super-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, which invites you to linger.
The highlight of the apartment (besides the central location) is our large balcony with breathtaking sunsets and a view of the starry sky.
About us:
We are Äli, 33, and Eric, 30. Eric is practically a Winterthur institution. He enjoys playing games, whether board games or computer games, and is a fan of FC Winterthur.
Äli enjoys taking walks/jogging tours around Winterthur or spending time in cafes or the city library. We would describe ourselves as connoisseurs of delicious food. Our current third roommate is moving out in August.
We are also currently looking for someone for the smallest room as we would have enough space in our shared flat for four people.
Occasionally cooking together or chatting during balcony sessions, as well as occasional trips to the old town/to Krafti are part of our lives, but we both also need our personal space.
