Single room for rent - 8408 Winterthur

A year ago we renovated our rental house in Wülflingen according to our ideas. Now we are looking for a female roommate to complete our shared apartment again.
In our house, we have 10 rooms, of which 4 are common areas (living room, studio, sports and guest room, plus a large workshop). We also cook in two kitchens and have four bathrooms. Around the house, we have 400m² of garden space, which we cultivate together.
It takes 7 minutes by bike to get to Winterthur main station.

We are Claudio, Jean-Luc, Marvin, Leo, and Julia, all between 24 and 31 years old, and we love to be creative in the house and garden, enjoy the community, but also have time for ourselves.
