The single-family house is located in the quiet and green Breite-Quartier. It offers a large garden that can be used – ideal if you enjoy plants and gardening. The living area totals 190 m² and includes, among other things, a large, bright winter garden. You have your own (rather smaller) room available, complemented by a shared office that provides you with additional space and ample storage if needed.
Move-in in September or by arrangement.

I wish for an open, reliable roommate who appreciates cleanliness and hygiene and makes living together uncomplicated. Shared time is welcome but not necessary – space for oneself is equally important.

I am Cornelia (28), often out and about with my racing bike, traveling, or just somewhere else. I grew up in this house and am now looking for a new roommate.
