The furnished room (15m2) available from 01.07.25 is limited (8-10 months) for a friendly subtenant with shared living experience and older than 25 years. We are also open to weekly residents.
The room is on the first floor, with a view over the neighborhood garden. A cozy living room and kitchen, as well as a toilet, bathroom, and garden on the ground floor are shared.
We are Michael (Englishman, 39), a lecturer at ZHAW with a penchant for writing, music, reading, and cooking; and Fabian (Tösstaler, 34), an architect with an interest in film/series, nature conservation (especially birds), and a love for cycling. We lead our own lives but are good friends and appreciate our occasional crime scene and dog evenings, outings to the FC Winti games, and the fun daily chatter. Michael works from home and is often at home, we are not super picky but appreciate some consideration and cleanliness. Our shared apartment is more than a "quiet, sociable nest" to understand?
We live 30 meters from the bus stop Loki? Buses run every few minutes, and in a few minutes you are at the train station. Or you can walk 10 minutes/5 minutes along the tracks on the bike path. Right behind the house is the Lokwerk shopping center, including Coop. A gas station and a Migros-Teo store around the corner are open 24 hours.
