The apartment is 3 minutes by bus from the train station, about 5 minutes by bike and about 15 minutes on foot.
There is a Migros 3 minutes on foot and a Denner is also nearby. Nature is not far away either.
The room is about 13.5 square meters, bright and sunny all day with a nice view of the shared garden behind the house and the Brühlberg. The room is furnished. By arrangement, individual pieces of furniture can also be stored. Electricity, waste, water (about Fr. 30.- per person/month) and W-LAN (about Fr. 10.- per person/month) are additional costs.
We are looking for: An open person between 23 and 28 years old, who is not only looking for a purpose WG but also wants to do something together from time to time and create a cozy WG atmosphere.
We are: Three ZHAW students: Timo (M, 26) is doing an internship abroad from August 2025 to the end of January 2026. Timo's room is available for subletting for a limited time. Adrijana (W, 23) and Jonas (M, 27).
We are cozy, uncomplicated roommates who also like to cook together or go out for a drink but also appreciate having time for themselves.
