The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Winterthur, well connected to public transport and close to nature. HB Winterthur is reachable in 3 bus stops or 15-20 minutes on foot. Zürich-Stadelhofen in 30 minutes.

Additional costs: CHF 80.–
Deposit: CHF 2500.–
Internet: Only via LAN or mobile data (no WLAN)
