Super Service !

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence dans le cadre de la gestion PPE, notamment suite à un dégât des eaux. Le dossier a été mal géré du début à la fin : manque de coordination des travaux, délais importants et communication insuffisante. Nous avons dû relancer à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir des informations claires et faire avancer la situation. Cette gestion a entraîné du stress et des complications inutiles pour les copropriétaires. Une meilleure organisation et un suivi plus rigoureux seraient nécessaires pour ce type de situation.

Our Montana chalet was okay, but the snow management was a letdown. The stairs from the road were completely buried under snow, making the entrance a steep, slippery slope. It was dangerous to go up or down, and practically impossible for some guests. We called for snow clearing, but the person sent out did next to nothing and left after five minutes. It was very frustrating. A few of us fell while trying to get down to the road, and we’re just lucky no one was seriously hurt. For the price of a week’s stay, we expected the walkway to be shoveled and safe for everyone, including children and seniors. It really didn’t meet expectations.

Excellente agence immobilière, toute l'équipe est toujours très réactive et très sympathique. Il est rare de trouver une agence aussi professionnelle et agréable. Bravo et merci.

Very patient, persistent, precise, and reliable are Roxane's qualities. We are eternally grateful to her for accompanying us on this once-in-a-lifetime purchase. It was not so simple during the height of Covid and with a hesitant seller with whom we were able to create enough of a connection, thanks to Roxane, to ultimately conclude the transaction.
