Very bad experience with this agency regarding the management of the condominium, particularly following a water damage incident. The file was poorly managed from start to finish: lack of coordination of the work, significant delays, and insufficient communication. We had to follow up several times to obtain clear information and move the situation forward. This management caused stress and unnecessary complications for the co-owners. Better organization and more rigorous follow-up would be necessary for this type of situation.

The drying work, which has a mandatory duration of 15 to 21 days as required by industry standards, is not within our control but rather a consequence of the inherent constraints of this type of intervention. Given the tensions that arose and your wish to handle the claim directly with the insurance company, we respected this decision and provided you with all the necessary information. Our Montana chalet was okay, but the snow management was a letdown. The stairs from the road were completely buried under snow, making the entrance a steep, slippery slope. It was dangerous to go up or down, and practically impossible for some guests. We called for snow clearing, but the person sent out did next to nothing and left after five minutes. It was very frustrating. A few of us fell while trying to get down to the road, and we’re just lucky no one was seriously hurt. For the price of a week’s stay, we expected the walkway to be shoveled and safe for everyone, including children and seniors. It really didn’t meet expectations.
