We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. Mrs. White is a very efficient, proactive, and friendly person. She was also very responsive whether it was to answer my emails or my phone calls. You can tell that Mrs. White has a lot of experience and knows when a client is truly interested or not.
