Une passion conjuguée au pluriel En 2007, les frères Bavaud décident de créer l’agence Cerise Immobilier SA. Alfred est économiste HEC et son frère Paul est ingénieur EPFL en Génie Civil. Le but premier de l’entreprise était de commercialiser les projets du bureau d’architecture familial dans laquelle ils opèrent tous les deux: Archisol Sàrl. Au fil des années et grâce au développement des activités qui se propagent sur l’entièreté du Chablais, Alfred et Paul étendent peu à peu leurs services. Que ce soit pour la validation de vos terrains, de maisons ou d’appartement, d’expertise ou de conseils, d’administration de PPE ou de vente, ces deux experts et leur équipe sont là pour vous épauler. Pluridisciplinaires, ils ont également ajouté à leur large gamme de services la gestion locative de chalets et d’appartements. Les frères Bavaud ont à cœur de favoriser le marché de la résidence principale et souhaitent proposer des chalets et appartements de qualité à des prix correspondants aux budgets des indigènes.

Excellent phone contact with the broker-owner as well as with his colleague who showed us the property. The property was presented to us in a completely objective manner, without any sales pressure. The apartment was of exemplary quality and, to top it off, at a reasonable price, which is increasingly rare on the Vaud coast. Unfortunately, we did not conclude the deal as the apartment was a duplex, but I can only recommend this small family business.
