Im Februar 2025 haben wir mit dem Büro Kontakt aufgenommen. Eine Woche später trafen wir uns vor Ort, um die Liegenschaft zu besichtigen und uns auszutauschen. Dabei zeigte sich, dass Herr Bolton die Ortsverhältnisse so wie die örtlichen Preise sehr gut kannte und das Objekt schon recht gut bewerten konnte. Einen Tag später lag die Verkehrswertschätzung auf dem Pult. Für den Verkauf gaben wir Herr Bolten zusätzliche Kriterien mit auf Weg, welche für uns entscheident waren. Herrn Bolten informierte uns von Zeit zu Zeit über den Ist-Stand. Nach drei Monaten schrieb er uns, dass er interessante Käuferschaft gefunden hat, welche unsere Kriterien erfüllen würden. Nach weiteren E-Mails wurde der Überschreibungstermin festgelegt. Herr Bolten hat mit seinem Fachwissen, der Einschätzung und dem Umsetzten unserer Kriterien seine Aufgabe zu 100% zu unserer Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Wir können daher Herr Bolton als Makler sehr empfehlen.
