At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.
