I greatly appreciated Claire Métayer. The contact was excellent, she is very responsive at any hour and very competent. The sale went very well. I recommend her for any sales where she would be mandated.

Mr. Babilon provided us with good advice during the sale of our property and maintained a good relationship between the seller and buyer during the negotiation phase. Our trust was confirmed. All parties felt fairly represented in the contract processing.

The sale or purchase of a property is a key moment, and it is not always easy to find "the right person" to place your trust in. With Loïse, the entire process went smoothly and simply. Besides her expertise and analysis of the real estate market, I particularly appreciated her human qualities. I warmly recommend her and thank her for her advice.

Very attentive, receptive, and responsive. Easy and pleasant to contact, makes himself available to his clients and seeks solutions to any problems that may arise. Very good follow-up on files. Speed in creating a file and putting a property up for sale. Thanks to his work, and that of his assistants, our property was sold quickly. I can only recommend this family real estate agency and Mr. Grognard in particular.

Throughout the transaction, Ms. Janick Steiner demonstrated herself to be a person fully invested in her work. She is a very professional broker, available at all times, who gained our trust through her listening skills and advice. We will also remember her warm approach, her smile, and her optimism. During the final steps with the buyers, we particularly appreciated her effectiveness in defending our interests and quickly bringing this last stage to a successful conclusion. We sincerely thank her for her quality support and wish her much success in the continuation of her activities. 5/5 T&M Karlen

The photos taken of the house as well as the description allowed for the sale of the house quite quickly, which is a positive point. However, I had no contact with Mr. Padilla, so it is more the agency that I would recommend than this person.

Mrs. Giotto did an excellent job, a big thank you to her!
