In addition to the furnished shared room (11.5 m²), the apartment offers a shared bathroom, a nice balcony, and a large living area. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was renovated in 2018 and is equipped with parquet flooring. Our property includes both outdoor and indoor parking spaces - availability must be clarified.

Since I will be leaving the shared apartment for a semester abroad, we are looking for a new roommate for this period (02.09.2025 - 32.01.2026) with a reasonable sense of order and cleanliness.

You would be living with Luca (26 years old) and Julia (23 years old). They are both students and work part-time. Both are very easy-going and appreciate a harmonious living environment. Since they are often out or at home with their parents, they will not always be found in the shared apartment.
