I (f, 25) am renting out my beautiful shared room from 01.10.2025 to 28.02.2026. The room is bright, quiet, and about 15 m2 in size and furnished. In this shared apartment, there is one more person (f, 22), who is very open-minded, friendly, and uncomplicated. We are looking for a nice roommate (m/f/d 18 - 30) who is interested in a relaxed and friendly shared living experience. The apartment also includes a cellar and attic compartment, which can also be used, and it has a laundry and bike room. It has a balcony, and due to the good location, there is natural light in the apartment all day long. The old town and shopping options like Coop or Migros are just a few minutes' walk away. The rent for the shared room is a total of CHF 895.- (including additional costs of CHF 80.-). Additionally, if needed, my outdoor parking space, which is located directly behind the residential block, can be rented for the period from 01.09.2025 to 28.02.2026 for CHF 120.- per month.
