Single room for rent - 7000 Chur, Pulvermühlestrasse 13

At the beginning of August, a room will be available in our 4.5-room apartment. We are looking for an uncomplicated and reasonably tidy person (m/f) who wants to be part of an open and pleasant shared flat. There is a cleaning plan to keep everything running - but no one will be turned into a cleaning machine. The rent is supplemented by additional fixed costs: about CHF 20.- per month for electricity and CHF 13.- for the internet. Everything else can be best discussed in a personal meeting.
