I am advertising for two rooms in a 4.5 room apartment. The rooms are unfurnished. One is approx. 3.45m x 3.25m, the other approx. 3.8m x 3.55m. There is a spacious living area and kitchen. This is furnished, but new furniture is welcome and changes are also possible. The flat has 2 bathrooms. The larger room shares one with my room, the other would be almost exclusively for the smaller room.The apartment also has its own <>. Due to lack of time on my part, this is not really used. But for someone who enjoys gardening, you can really let off steam here. Furthermore, the apartment also has a balcony.The rental price includes all expenses (internet, electricity, additional costs, safe, TV). The move-in date for the smaller room is possible from July 1st, for the larger one probably not until August 1st.I am looking for two flatmates, as both previous ones are moving out.
