Since our previous roommate is moving into their own apartment, we, Andy (31, engineer) and Arzu (24, auditor), are looking for a new roommate starting August 1, 2025.

We are a very easy-going flatshare and place a high value on cleanliness. Some of our evenings we like to spend alone, while others we enjoy socializing over a shared meal or drink. The 4.5-room apartment (107m2) is located on the 3rd floor and has a very good standard of finish with an open kitchen including a dishwasher, underfloor heating, and a private washing tower. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in October 2024. The apartment is in close proximity to various public transport lines (Grimselstrasse stop: 300m; Letzibach stop: 400m; Altstetten train station: 500m) and various shopping options (24x7 Migrolino: 250m; Coop: 400m; Migros: 650m).
