The room is located on the 2nd floor in a very quiet area, you can reach the Hirschwiesen stop (Tram 10 or 14) in 4 minutes on foot, or after 10 minutes at Milchbuck (Uni Irchel) (Tram 10, 14, 7, 9, Bus 69, 72, 83).
Seven minutes on foot to shopping facilities, 10 minutes to ETH/UNIZH, 14 minutes to HB, 25 minutes to the airport. Sports facilities in the neighborhood: football fields, running paths, Bad Allenmoos.

We are looking for a new tenant for a furnished room in a 5-room apartment in 8057 Zurich-Oerlikon starting immediately (or by arrangement). The room is about 18 m², bright and very quiet. It is furnished with a single bed, large desk, small wardrobe – three pieces of furniture: office chair, clothes rack with shelf suspension + hangers and chest of drawers would need to be taken over ... (approx. 450 CHF)

The apartment is 115m2 with a large hallway, small kitchen, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators. Separate WC/bath, large living room, balcony, as well as a laundry room and a bicycle parking space in the basement.

The rent is CHF 875.– per month, including all additional costs (heating, electricity, internet, etc.). The apartment is ideal for someone looking for a flexible interim solution or accommodation until spring 2026.
