My friend and I are moving in together, and therefore our beloved shared room in a spacious old building apartment at Schaffhauserplatz will be available.

We have lived in this apartment for a total of eight years in various, always great shared living arrangements and have enjoyed it very much - but now it was time for the next step. We found a new apartment that we need to move into shortly, so we are looking for a new roommate immediately.

Floor: 4th floor with a wide view over Zurich, including some lake view and mountain view

👯 The roommates:
Gary, 27, is doing his PhD at ETH in robotics - relaxed, open, and always up for a joint evening
Eduard will live here until August, then Nicole will move in - both super pleasant and warm.

It is very important to us that it is harmonious in the shared apartment and that it does not become a purpose-driven shared living situation. Of course, personal space in the apartment is very important to us, but we like to cook together, go swimming at Letten (about 10 minutes on foot), enjoy the sun on the balcony, or have movie and wine evenings.

Directly at Schaffhauserplatz, perfectly connected with:
Trams: 7, 11, 14, 15
Buses: 32, 33 (all reachable within 1-2 minutes on foot)
Migros just two houses away, great cafés, bars, and parks in the immediate vicinity

A subtenant is sought immediately, with the prospect of taking over the rental contract completely later
