Real Estate Agents in 6675 Cevio

Loris has always been very kind and responsive. The communication has always been excellent and the sale happened faster than expected. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything!

Davide Merli was my real estate agent for the sale of my house. It was the first time I was selling a property, and I must say that thanks to him, everything was much simpler from the very beginning. He supported and helped me; when I had doubts, he knew how to advise me as if he were a friend. He was present at all meetings with the buying party, personally accompanied me to the notary on the day of the deed, and took the time to help me fill out the TUI forms. I always felt at ease despite the large sums of money involved. He was much more than just a simple real estate agent. If I ever need to buy or sell a house again, Davide will be the first person I turn to.

If you are looking for a serious real estate agent for the sale of your property, Mr. Stefan Steiger is the perfect choice. Mr. Stefan Steiger accompanied me in the sale of my property from start to finish very professionally and unobtrusively. Throughout the entire sales process, my questions were always explained very kindly and understandably - especially since, as an Austrian, I was not very familiar with the Swiss circumstances (laws, language, and authorities), I could fully rely on Mr. Steiger 100%.

A delightful person who gets things done!

With Valerio, our contact in Metropolis, we had a careful and trustworthy consultant in the sale of our apartment. He did not spare any effort in following us through to the deed with the new owners. They sold quickly and professionally, well done!!
