Da cinque anni opero come consulente immobiliare e, nel biennio 2022-2023, ho frequentato il corso di Commercializzazione di immobili presso la SVIT, a conferma del mio costante impegno nella formazione e nell’aggiornamento professionale. L’attività di consulenza mi ha permesso di sviluppare una solida autonomia nella gestione della clientela, unita alla capacità di collaborare efficacemente con colleghi e superiori. I wanted an apartment in the Locarno area, I browsed many websites until I met Mr. Manoelli. Very kind and helpful, he showed me some properties, I must say that he convinced me right away and I signed a purchase agreement even though the building was still under construction. In July, they delivered the apartment to me, unfortunately with some defects, and Mr. Manoelli acted as an intermediary with the company so we reached a quick solution.
