After the passing of my father, who left us a condominium, I was immensely grateful for the professional and personal support in selling the property. The assistance was incredibly relieving, and it couldn't have been better.

When we sold our house and were under a lot of time pressure, we thought it was impossible. We were looking for suitable support and we found it in Carine Keller; she is very competent and very pleasant. Her guidance throughout the entire process was sensational. Thanks to Carine Keller and the entire Immo Vermarktung team, we were able to realize our desired price. We would immediately choose the whole team from Immo Vermarktung Keller again, highly recommended. Thank you for everything

We were also very satisfied with the appointed broker for this sale! Thomas Bareiss is very reliable, socially competent, and of course, also highly qualified in his field! We can highly recommend Mr. Bareiss, and yes, a move requires a lot of energy. Therefore, we appreciated even more not having to deal with sales modalities ourselves! Thank you, Thomas, you did a great job!

The collaboration with Kai was simply great and absolutely professional from the very beginning. He did a fantastic job and far exceeded all my expectations during the real estate process. Thanks to his expertise and tireless commitment, I felt well advised and supported at all times. His transparent and friendly communication made the entire endeavor completely stress-free. It couldn't be better! We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Poletti for the extremely successful sale of our multi-family house. What particularly impressed us: Competence: The valuation was realistic, well-founded, and comprehensible. He knew the market for investment properties inside and out. Communication: We were informed about every step, and inquiries were answered immediately - even on weekends. Processing: Exposé, viewings with credit-checked interested parties, price negotiations, and all the preparation for the notary - everything was perfectly organized. We didn't have to worry about anything. The result: A quick sale at an excellent price to a reputable buyer. Anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and highly professional realtor is exactly right here. Clear 5 stars and an unconditional recommendation!
