I was very satisfied with Mr. Gavilan throughout the entire time. His service was always courteous, professional, and reliable. I especially appreciated his commitment and support in my particular situation. Thank you very much for the great collaboration!
Mr. Gavilan has always treated us fairly and with respect in his role as a broker, which unfortunately occurs less and less in today's world. The presentation of the property for sale on the internet was extremely professional, very informative, and authentic, and the sales documentation was detailed, just as one would wish as a buyer of a property. We have come to know Mr. Gavilan as a trustworthy person who stands by his word, and therefore we can recommend him as a real estate agent without reservation.
Mr. Cavilan is very accommodating. We felt at home right away and quickly gained trust. He was able to competently answer many of our questions about the property or obtained the necessary information when needed. Highly recommend!
The collaboration with Simon was always professional, open, and flexible. He took over the entire process starting from the preparation, through the creation of the listing, the viewings, the purchase processing, and the support of interested parties even after the sale. The complete administration was handled by him, and I was informed at all times about the current status. I can definitely recommend him and will certainly consult him again regarding real estate.
We would like to sincerely thank Simon Gavilan for the successful rental of our apartment. The property was not easy to rent due to its size, the associated price level, and our demands on the residents. Therefore, we greatly appreciate his extraordinary commitment. We would especially like to highlight his consistently friendly, competent, and motivated manner. We always felt well informed and cared for. We were completely satisfied with the collaboration and can wholeheartedly recommend Simon Gavilan. Thank you very much for the great support. Ursula and Christina H.
