Über immoMARTI Wer ist immoMARTI? Schön, dass Sie sich für immoMARTI interessieren. Seit dem Jahr 2000 bin ich, Michael Marti, im Immobilienverkauf tätig. Anfangs als Freelancer, später als Verkaufsverantwortlicher bei einem Winterthurer Immobilien-Treuhänder. Die Firma immoMARTI existiert seit September 2004. In dieser Zeit durfte ich schon viele Häuser, Wohnungen, oder Bauland verkaufen, oder auch vermieten. Spannend dabei ist, dass jeder Verkauf individuell abläuft. Jeder Auftraggeber und jeder Interessent / Käufer ist eine eigene Persönlichkeit, die ernst genommen werden möchte. Und genau dies ist mir enorm wichtig. Sie als Eigentümer oder als Käufer auf Ihrem Weg bestmöglich zu begleiten und wo nötig auch zu beraten. Denn sich von einem lieb gewonnenen Haus zu trennen ist nicht immer einfach, genau so wenig, wie sich in ein neues Zuhause „hinein zu denken“. Es sind in jedem Verkauf oder Kauf Gefühle und Emotionen im Spiel. Es geht schliesslich nicht nur um viel Geld, sondern auch um den alten - oder neuen Lebensmittelpunkt. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass ich hinter jedem Haus und jeder Wohnung, welche ich verkaufen darf stehe. Wenn etwas nicht stimmt, nehme ich mir die Freiheit, auch einmal einen Auftrag abzulehnen.
