We were also very satisfied with the appointed broker for this sale! Thomas Bareiss is very reliable, socially competent, and of course, also highly qualified in his field! We can highly recommend Mr. Bareiss, and yes, a move requires a lot of energy. Therefore, we appreciated even more not having to deal with sales modalities ourselves! Thank you, Thomas, you did a great job!
We are very satisfied with the handling of the house sale by Mr. Thomas Bareiss. Mr. Bareiss distinguished himself with great expertise, very pleasant collaboration, punctuality, and reliability. We are very grateful to Mr. Bareiss for taking care of the sale of our house. His sales documents with description and photo convinced us greatly. We are completely satisfied.
The collaboration was very pleasant, human, and yet professional from the first contact to the conclusion and beyond. Mr. Bareiss was always available to us during the entire time and always provided us with professional advice. We always felt we were in the best hands. Thank you to Mr. Bareiss.
Thomas Bareiss sold our property in a short time to our complete satisfaction. In contrast to the exaggerated and grandiose promises of his competitors, Thomas Bareiss, thanks to his extensive experience, realistically assessed the sales conditions and thus quickly reached the goal. He reliably took care of every detail and organized and completed everything necessary. I would also like to particularly mention his pleasant, genuine demeanor. I can highly recommend Thomas Bareiss and wish him much success and all the best. On this occasion, "merciviumau" Thomas.
Since I already know Thomas personally as a neighbor, I had great trust from the very beginning in the sale of my gem – and I was not disappointed! Saying goodbye to the house was not easy for me mentally. Thomas always had the right, sensitive words in those moments and handled the project with a perfect mix of neighborly closeness and the highest professionalism. He was incredibly helpful with every question, and everything was perfectly organized from the realistic valuation to the notary appointment. Anyone looking for a competent agent with a true heart and mind is exactly right with him! I sincerely hope that Ursula and Pascal will feel just as comfortable in this gem as I did for 16 years. Thank you for everything and best regards!
