Since you mention "Swiss values," allow me to remind you of a few concrete facts. You filed a complaint against us. Very well, that is your right. But neither you nor anyone else has come forward with the slightest proof or valid statement. Result: case closed due to lack of evidence. It’s a bit paradoxical for someone who claims to embody justice, rigor, and exemplary behavior. You also speak of respect and family values. Yet, it is your own actions that say otherwise: – arriving at my home at 9:30 AM without warning, without even introducing yourself. – deliberately waking my 6-month-old baby, even after I informed you, – insults, – pushing inside my own home, – and slamming the door in my face. If this is your definition of respect, then indeed, we do not live by the same principles. You mention integration and do not hesitate to make generalizations and insinuations regarding my nationality in your message. I remind you that discrimination and derogatory remarks based on origin are clearly regulated by Swiss Criminal Law, notably: – Art. 261bis CP: prohibition of discriminatory or derogatory remarks based on origin or national belonging, – Art. 173 to 177 CP: defamation, slander, insult. Your public and nominative comment dangerously approaches this. If you truly wish to talk about laws, then let’s discuss all the laws, not just those that suit you. Regarding your property The previous tenant before us also filed a complaint against you, strange, isn’t it? And in just one year, a record number of tenants have passed through there. Taking responsibility for one’s actions clearly requires more courage than writing arrogant comments. And despite all this, we have always paid a rent of 2,800 CHF on time. So the selective speeches about respect and integration… you will understand that they sound hollow. To the wise, start by sweeping in front of your own door before coming to stir up disorder in front of others.

AVOID! You are treated like slobs and they do not hesitate to file a criminal complaint against you for no reason because they are incapable of building and managing housing properly! And what can I say about Mr. M. GLAUSER... I will hold my words on this point. But I can only advise you against this company.
