Stampfli AG ihren Stahl- und Metallbaubetrieb und wird im Jahr 2000 zur Immobiliengesellschaft. 2003 tritt Gabrielle Stampfli ins Unternehmen ein. 2006 wird sie Verwaltungsrätin und 2013 Geschäftsführerin. Alle Dienstleistungen im Bereich Immobilien werden von der 2016 gegründeten Stampfli Immobilien GmbH geführt. Nach 9 Jahren am Standort Volketswil befindet sich der aktuelle Sitz in Brüttisellen. Seit 2022 werden alle Dienstleistungen sowie insbesondere neu Bauleitungen auch am Standort Subingen / SO angeboten.

We have always offered our assistance with any adjustments to your lease and have repeatedly tried to help you get your administrative paperwork under control (repeated follow-up, providing additional documents, and numerous phone calls to explain the parking space rental agreements). This has cost us a great deal of time and effort. It is regrettable that our efforts are no longer being acknowledged.

My experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. We found an apartment and submitted all the required documents, but our application was rejected due to a misunderstanding regarding a family member. We immediately tried to clarify the misunderstanding in writing, but never received a response. I also tried to make contact by phone to get an explanation – but the employee simply hung up without even listening to me. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful to people who, like us, are in an urgent situation. We have already terminated our current apartment and are now facing significant difficulties. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone who relies on transparency, respect, and serious communication.

Our experience with Mr. Cerri is that we were only informed after receiving confirmation that not four, but six people would be moving in. Since this would have constituted overcrowding of the apartment and the registration form was not filled out honestly, we immediately revoked our confirmation under these circumstances.
