My experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. We found an apartment and submitted all the required documents, but our application was rejected due to a misunderstanding regarding a family member. We immediately tried to clarify the misunderstanding in writing, but never received a response. I also tried to make contact by phone to get an explanation – but the employee simply hung up without even listening to me. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful to people who, like us, are in an urgent situation. We have already terminated our current apartment and are now facing significant difficulties. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone who relies on transparency, respect, and serious communication.
