Finally, real estate agents who take care of a file well. After several months of our property being passed from agency to agency, all with tougher conditions than the others but no sales!!!! We went to see LCR after seeing their advertisement offering a second opinion on the price of our property. And what a surprise, the previous agencies had all inflated the price of our property to secure the mandate at the start. And once secured, they harassed us to lower the price of our property because "too expensive for the current market." LCR directly gave us a JUSTIFIED price! And we worked together to find the price that suits us and would allow for a quick sale. Stanislas did a great job defending our price with buyers and enhancing our property to make it an offer impossible to refuse. He was also super responsive throughout the process. Responses within the hour almost all the time and on all subjects, a true expert with experience!!!! Not a salesperson fresh out of school improvising as a real estate agent. It is a huge relief for us who wanted to move abroad. So thank you to the entire LCR team for correcting the incompetence of the other agencies... We can finally go live our adventure with peace of mind. And the commission was clear from the start, linked to the result, not to hidden clauses that continue to apply even after the end of the contract. A big 10/10 for this experience!
