Unreliable and unprofessional.. Very disappointing experience. We arranged a viewing and provided all requested documents promptly. After being told that a similar studio could be viewed and asking for a suitable time, communication completely stopped. Multiple follow-up messages were ignored, and even a phone call went unanswered with no return call afterward. If the property was no longer available or plans had changed, a simple message would have been the professional thing to do. We stayed for hours waiting in a response… I drove 2.5 hours! Lack of communication and reliability made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend dealing with someone who cannot provide basic courtesy and timely responses to prospective tenants.

LCR advertises Vaud apartments with 3.5 rooms as if they were 4.5 rooms. How to mock the world and not respect the tenants.

Very annoying, I was contacted following an ad for my lease on the classifieds websites and since then they have contacted me several times even from a hidden number because I was not responding to their messages. I informed them at the beginning to say that it was a management, it is very good to offer your services but after a while, you have to leave people alone when they clearly show no interest in your services...

Excellent responsiveness and very smooth communication between the person in charge of renting my property and myself. Good selection of the many candidates, very good responsiveness, and follow-up. I can only recommend. Thank you
