We are in Switzerland, and for a property in this condition, it is incomprehensible to me that there is supposedly not even enough money to reactivate the existing but non-functioning heat meters on the radiators. We are living in the year 2026 – where have we arrived? I made contact by phone and explained that I find the calculation of the ancillary costs incomprehensible or unfair. The response was merely: "We calculate it this way, and you have to pay." The heating costs are calculated based on the square meterage of the respective room, even though the existing heat meters on the radiators do not work. Personally, I would not rely on such property management. I have never had such an experience in Switzerland before. In all other property managements where I have been a tenant, there has always been an attempt to find a fair solution and accommodate the tenants. This is my personal experience with this management. I just wanted to express my opinion on how it should also be right and allowed in a democratic society.
