I moved last year to the apartment I'm residing now and it's a very old building probably around 40 years old ,and I was fine with it for the pricing and location ,there where some things that needed to be fixed and some that still need ,last year the building was with zilbag and mid 2023 changed to apfelberg ,and also Switzerland raised the taxes due to " war issues" and my rent was raised ,but I was only notified some days ago really bad behaviour ,really didn't like my rent being raised because the apartment does not qualify for how much I'm paying now ,and when talking with apfelberg they where constantly using the excuse " because its official across all Switzerland " and I asked " can't you decide if the rent is raised or not ?" But of course why not raise and milk all tenants? Extremely disappointed with people this days and unfortunately manipulators are everywhere ,the costumer is always ruined while "companies " suck up everything . I still don't understand how rude and blatant a company can be to raise the rent a lot like 50fr and say it's the "1.2% official across Switzerland " Talking to them was like talking to children always insisting in the same topic with no transparency or resolution . Avoid . Answer to the comment from apfelberg. Allegations ? That's what one of your employe kept saying " it's the regulations ,it's the regulations " This apartment doesn't have a door system or a way to speak outside I have to go myself because it only rings the bell ,nothing else ,um tired of cleaning the washing machines every time I go wash ( have photos ) The bathroom has a shared air system that runs through the building ,and some People smoke " stuff" and it goes through the entire building . I have nothing good to say to a company that takes over and immediately changes resent price very highly 50fr ,that's lot of money in a year and is offended that I'm angry ! Do you know why people come to live in this building ??? Because the cost of living is way to high and new/ medium apartments are beyond expensive and the ones new are literally like Japan a sardine can size ! What did you expect ? Moving one year ,suddenly 50fr more in the next ,does that make sense to you that I should be happy ? No !
