We were very well taken care of during the sale of our condominium and would hire Aforia again. The property was professionally presented through a market-oriented appraisal and an appealing sales dossier. We also felt well looked after by Kevin and Nico throughout the nine-month sales process (in a changing market environment). We were always kept informed, questions were answered with pleasure, and quick responses were provided when needed. In short: Top service - we will gladly recommend you.

From the very beginning of our home purchase, we felt very well supported. Sascha and his team were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We particularly appreciated the straightforward communication and the support throughout the entire purchasing process – from the viewing to the reservation to the preparation of the notarization. Even though many different parties are involved in real estate financing, which often leads to questions or last-minute adjustments, we always felt we had a reliable contact person. Solutions were sought for open points, and support was provided even on short notice. Overall, a very pleasant and personal collaboration. We would recommend Sascha Anker and the team from Immoanker at any time. Thank you for accompanying us on the way to our new home!

The MyWinvest property management is a great company and has advised us excellently in Güttingen.

We purchased our single-family home through Premium Homes, represented by Ms. Katerina Ponti, and were very satisfied with the entire service. Ms. Ponti accompanied us throughout the entire purchasing process with great commitment, professionalism, and competence. We particularly appreciated her always timely responses and her excellent availability. Questions were answered quickly, clearly, and in detail, and we always felt well-informed and advised. Especially when buying a house, there are many questions, decisions, and also certain uncertainties. Here, we greatly appreciated the knowledgeable and reliable support from Ms. Ponti. She took the necessary time, took our concerns seriously, and competently guided us through the individual steps of the purchasing process. We found Ms. Ponti to be a very dedicated, focused, reliable, and professionally skilled real estate agent. At the same time, her manner is exceptionally friendly, personal, and accommodating, which made the collaboration very pleasant for us. From the first viewing to the successful conclusion of the purchase contract, we felt very well taken care of by Ms. Ponti. We would like to sincerely thank her for her great commitment, patience, quick feedback, and excellent advice. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Ponti and Premium Homes and wish her continued success, joy, and all the best for the future.

**All-Inclusive Package** A huge thank you to Mr. Meier! I entrusted Mr. Meier with my property and was thrilled. From the first conversation to the notary appointment, I felt excellently advised. I was particularly impressed by his market knowledge and honest communication. Anyone looking for a reliable broker is exactly right here.

Philippe surely gets 5 out of 5. He has managed the sale of our house from A-Z very professionally. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.
