As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part. His passion, his likability, and his expertise impressed us and convinced us so much that we entered into the power of attorney agreement with him. I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.
